The Frost Partnership was founded in 1990, but the Frost name in property goes back to 1906 when Alfred Frost, first opened his property business, 'A.C.Frost & Co', in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.

Today, Alan Frost the chairman and his son John, managing director and great grandson of Alfred, are the third and fourth generation of Chartered Surveyors in the business.

A further six highly experienced directors and a team of professional and dedicated managers and senior staff bring together the best traditions of service supported by the latest technologies, to remain one of the leading modern independent estate agents west of London .

The Frost Partnership offers wide property coverage through The Thames Valley, Chilterns and Middlesex, delivering a seamless professional service to clients through its network of 13 offices and national exposure across the UK .

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - RICS - is one of the most respected and high profile global 'standards and membership' organisations for professionals involved in land, property, construction and environmental issues.

The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA)

The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) was formed in 1981 as the professional and regulatory body for letting agents in the UK . ARLA members are governed by the Code of Practice providing a framework of ethical and professional standards at a level far higher than the law demands.

Independent Estate Agents Group (IEAG)

The Frost Partnership is part of a national association of privately owned independent and established estate agencies. The organisation has regular meetings to debate the latest residential activities and best practice in the market. The discussions and views shared on the residential market are then put forward to The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
