New Local Property Management Department for The Chilterns

This February, The Frost Partnership is launching a new Property Management Department in the Chilterns, designed to handle the successful expansion of the lettings business over the past four years.

The new department will be headed by Paul Clarke who is a member of ARLA and also a Fellow of NAEA. His vast experience and knowledge of the South Buckinghamshire property market spans an impressive 45 year career which started with Hetherington’s in 1966. He will be joined by a new face at Frosts, Annabel Shiroi, who has hands on experience in property management.

Paul Clarke comments, “I am delighted to be opening the Property Management Department to service our clients in the Chilterns. The lettings business locally has grown considerably over the past few years and is continuing to expand. We recognise the importance of providing a full Property Management service for our clients, which is easily accessible. Our new department is located within the Beaconsfield office premises and will deal with all aspects of property management from routine property maintenance to resolving any dilapidation disputes following the tenant vacating. We will also be on hand to visit properties when required.
