Step1 Value my home We provide a valuation to sell your home at the best possible price in the shortest time. |

Step 2 Instruct The Frost Partnership Measurements and photographs of your home are taken to create full colour particulars together with the floor plan of your home. |

Step 3 Instruct a solicitor and arrange your finance We can provide you with a local recommendation for a solicitor and point you in the right direction for mortgage advice. |

Step 4 Presenting your home First impressions are vital so complete any DIY jobs that you have been meaning to do, add a fresh coat of paint and try to de-clutter to make rooms appear larger. |

Step 5 Marketing your home Get your home seen, we have a fully comprehensive and highly effective marketing platform offering local, national and international exposure. |

Step 6 Viewings We will organise every viewing, with frequent feedback updates. Our offices are open 9 - 6pm up to six or seven days a week to maximise viewing opportunities. |

Step 7 Receiving an offer When an offer is received we will contact you and put the offer in writing. |

Step 8 Offer accepted We prepare a Memorandum of Sale and your solicitor will send a draft contract. The survey date, exchange of contracts and proposed completion date is agreed. There is no legal obligation until the contract is signed. |

Step 9 Exchange of contracts Once the contract is signed by both parties the deposit is paid by the buyers' solicitor to your solicitor. The completion date is mutually agreed. |

Step 10 Completion The balance of the payment is transferred from the buyers' solicitor to your solicitors account. When the money has been cleared we will be able to release the keys to the buyer. Congratulations you have just sold your home! |
