Sales Negotiator required for our Slough office

We are looking for a sales negotiator who is already working in estate agency and is looking to further develop their knowledge and experience. Candidates should be well presented, reliable, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels. This role will primarily be handling customer enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating sales and working closely with the Branch Manager.

Saturday Assistants required for our Middlesex offices

Saturday Assistants required to work in our offices in Ashford, Feltham, Staines and Wraysbury, 9.00am till 4.00pm. Good communication and computer skills together with a knowledge of the local area is required. Estate agency experience not essential. Applicants will need to have their own car.

Vacancy for a qualified Chartered Surveyor

Vacancy for a qualified Chartered Surveyor, MRICS or FRICS, to join our existing team of surveyors to undertake mortgage valuations and RICS Homebuyer reports and building surveys, together with some other general work. Experience of party wall matters would be useful. Surveyor can be home or office based in Beaconsfield. Preferred postcode coverage would be in  SL, UB, TW and GU postcodes, although wider coverage would be expected.
