Senior Lettings Negotiator required for our Chalfont St Giles office

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Lettings Negotiator at our Chalfont St Giles office. The successful candidate should have a good level of lettings experience, including carrying out valuations. Knowing the lettings process from viewing to move in, is also a requirement. Ideally you will be ARLA qualified. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of success in obtaining new instructions, and exceeding goals and targets. You must have an excellent work ethic, be a strong negotiator, enthusiastic, and able to work under your own initiative. The ability to communicate with people at all levels is another key character trait required.

Negotiator or Trainee Negotiator required at our Burnham Office

We are looking for a Negotiator or a Trainee Negotiator for our Burnham Office. Full training will be given so, whilst some experience and a desire to progress in estate agency is preferred, an efficient person without experience will be considered. Salary is flexible, depending on experience. Main responsibilities will be dealing with calls, email leads, booking appointments and conducting viewings. Applicants will need to have their own car.

Two Administrative Assistants required for our Burnham Property Management Department

These are full time roles Monday- Friday 9am-6pm to support our administrators and property managers in Burnham. Some experience is preferred but full training will be given. Attention to detail, administration skills and organisational ability are required. A salary of between £20-22K will be offered to successful candidates depending on experience.

Part-Time Lettings Negotiator required for Beaconsfield office

Reporting to the Lettings Manager the successful applicant will primarily be handling customer enquiries – registering and pre-qualifying applicants, arranging and undertaking property viewings and obtaining feedback Working every other Saturday 9-4pm and two days a week 10am – 3pm with reasonable flexibility on days and hours and potential for these to be increased (to be discussed). The role is office based with regular external appointments. Applicants should be of smart appearance, be a people person with excellent communication skills and a confident approach to handling customers both over the phone and face to face. Superb customer service is a must and applicants should possess good IT and basic numerical skills. Applicants will further need to have their own car and a full, clean driving license.
