Trainee Negotiator/Negotiator and a Senior Negotiator required for our Ashford office

Saturday Assistants required for Burnham and Chalfont St Peter offices

We require Saturday Assistants, to work alternate Saturdays, for these offices, working 9am – 4pm. The ideal person will have excellent local knowledge, be well spoken and smart in appearance. Whilst it would be helpful to have estate agency experience/an understanding of the house moving process, it is not essential as training will be provided. Applicants will need to have their own car.

Lettings Negotiator/Senior Lettings Negotiator required for our Slough office

Due to an internal move, we are looking to strengthen the lettings team at our Slough Office. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate should ideally have 2-3 years lettings experience and a proven track record on valuing properties. You must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to communicate with people at all levels. You will also need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and be able to work under your own initiative.

Two Administrative Assistants required for our Burnham Property Management Department

These are full time roles Monday- Friday 9am-6pm to support our administrators and property managers in Burnham. Some experience is preferred but full training will be given. Attention to detail, administration skills and organisational ability are required. A salary of between £20-22K will be offered to successful candidates depending on experience.

Part-Time Lettings Negotiator required for Beaconsfield office

Reporting to the Lettings Manager the successful applicant will primarily be handling customer enquiries – registering and pre-qualifying applicants, arranging and undertaking property viewings and obtaining feedback Working every other Saturday 9-4pm and two days a week 10am – 3pm with reasonable flexibility on days and hours and potential for these to be increased (to be discussed). The role is office based with regular external appointments. Applicants should be of smart appearance, be a people person with excellent communication skills and a confident approach to handling customers both over the phone and face to face. Superb customer service is a must and applicants should possess good IT and basic numerical skills. Applicants will further need to have their own car and a full, clean driving license.

Full time Property Manager required 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday within socially distanced office in Burnham. Experience preferable but training will be given. Vacancy for a qualified Chartered Surveyor, MRICS or FRICS, to join our existing team of surveyors to undertake mortgage valuations and RICS Homebuyer reports and building surveys, together with some other general work.
