Property Manager required for our Burnham Property Management Department
Full time Property Manager required 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday within busy admin office in Burnham. To start asap, candidates must have minimum 12 months experience of managing residential portfolio of minimum 100 properties. The role will include managing compliance, maintenance, one day a week out of the office conducting property visits, deposit disputes/releases. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, administration skills and organisational ability are a must. Good communication skills and teamwork are also essential.
