The successful candidate should have a good level of lettings experience, including carrying out valuations. Knowing the lettings process from viewing to move in, is also a requirement. Ideally you will be ARLA qualified. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of success in obtaining new instructions, and exceeding goals and targets. You must have an excellent work ethic, be a strong negotiator, enthusiastic, and able to work under your own initiative. The ability to communicate with people at all levels is another key character trait required.

Part-Time Lettings Negotiator required for Beaconsfield office
Reporting to the Lettings Manager the successful applicant will primarily be handling customer enquiries – registering and pre-qualifying applicants, arranging and undertaking property viewings and obtaining feedback Working every other Saturday 9-4pm and two days a week 10am – 3pm with reasonable flexibility on days and hours and potential for these to be increased (to be discussed). The role is office based with regular external appointments. Applicants should be of smart appearance, be a people person with excellent communication skills and a confident approach to handling customers both over the phone and face to face.
