Alan Frost JP, FRICS, Founder and Chairman
Alan’s current role is the Chairman of the group having enjoyed a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial property. In parallel with this he has maintained an involvement with many community activities in the capacity of a magistrate, Chairman/Governor of several schools, sports clubs and an interest in the promotion of several charities in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and further afield.
John Frost BSc (Hons) MRICS, Managing Director for The Frost Partnership
John Frost is a fourth generation Chartered Surveyor/Estate Agent in the family and after working as a junior surveyor for Dunlop Hayward (formerly Richard Ellis) in South Africa, he joined the firm in 1993 as a qualified surveyor. Over the years John has worked in the Bucks, Berks and Middlesex areas and now is the Managing Director of the business. John is responsible for the conduct of the business and its ethics which are also regulated by the RICS. His spare time is spent with the family, as a School Governor and he enjoys playing tennis when time permits.
Geoff Collins MNAEA, MARLA, Director for the Chiltern Group offices
Geoff began his career in property locally in 1972, joining AC Frost & Co in 1974. He opened the first of the Chiltern Group of offices in Gerrards Cross in 1991 and was subsequently responsible for the expansion to the current seven office Group. Specialising in residential sales, new homes, land and lettings, Geoff now enjoys the support of an experienced group of Senior Managers, many of whom have been working within the business for well over 15 years. He has now lived in the Gerrards Cross area for over 30 years.
Allan Taylor FNAEA, Cert REA, Director for the Middlesex Group offices
Allan was born and bred on the Isle of Wight but has practised as an estate agent in the Spelthorne area of Surrey for nearly 35 years. He is a fellow of the NAEA and a member of ARLA as well as a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. Allan is a specialist in land and new homes sales and is actively involved in developing education for property professionals.
David Elliott MNAEA MARLA, Finance Director
Originally from Liverpool, David has over 30 years finance experience in both the public and private sectors. Having previously worked for over 10 years with a leading Tyre Distributor on Merseyside, David joined “Frosts” in September 2000 and has been an integral part of the Management Team that has overseen a controlled growth of the company. Married with a daughter, David’s leisure interests include travel, Liverpool Football Club and Motorsport.

Jeremy Boyle, Associate Director for the Middlesex Group
Jeremy is an Associate Director for the Middlesex group of offices and has worked as an estate agent since 1986. He leads a successful and motivated team of managers and staff throughout the Middlesex group whose aim is to deliver the highest standards of customer service to their many clients.
Richard Kew, Associate Director for Gerrards Cross
Born in Chalfont St Peter, Richard has worked in and around Gerrards Cross for over 26 years. He heads a knowledgeable team who have sold thousands of homes between them. With experience of selling in all sectors of the market, it is without doubt the intimate knowledge of the South Bucks area that provides a solid backdrop to the advice Richard and his team in Gerrards Cross give – over 100 years of combined agency background gives them a level of confidence unrivalled in the area.
Roger Mead, Associate Director for Beaconsfield
Having been raised and educated in Beaconsfield, Roger has worked locally in the residential market for over 30 years, most of that time with The Frost Partnership. He started his career in the Thames side town of Marlow in the 1980s, then worked briefly in both Amersham and Gerrards Cross before settling in Beaconsfield where he has been practising for 20 years. He now also specialises in the sale of land and new homes and giving advice on planning matters as well as dealing with a large number of the more complicated residential sales including probate and residential development lands and prides himself on the attention to detail of the marketing of your home - whatever the size..
David Paternoster, Associate Director for Langley
The day to day running and sales success of the Langley office are in the experienced hands of David who has been an estate agent in the local property market for over 40 years. The valued support he receives from his experienced and dedicated team is crucial to ensure continued success and attain desired levels of customer service.
Paul Prokopiou, Associate Director Training and Business Development
Paul has been an estate agent for nearly 30 years and has lived and worked in South Buckinghamshire nearly all his life. He now uses his vast experience to provide training and mentoring for staff across Frosts’ 15 branch network, ensuring impeccable service standards are provided to our clients. He is also developing the business through his extensive network of contacts in the industry.
Andrew Windeler, Associate Director for Amersham
Andrew has over 30 years experience in the estate agency business and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. He is also an ARLA qualified letting agent so is able to offer clients a broad range of advice across all aspects of the sales and letting markets.
Having worked in the office since 2000, Andrew has a wide and in-depth knowledge of the Amersham area and the office has built a solid reputation with loyal and happy clients.
David Wright, Associate Director for Beaconsfield
David has been working in Beaconsfield approaching 25 years and has a wide depth of knowledge selling homes across all price ranges with the town and the surrounding areas.
