Flackwell Heath

Flackwell Heath is a village positioned on the top of the Chiltern Hills on the outskirts of Beaconsfield and High Wycombe. Convenient for those who need good transport links into Central London, Wycombe and Oxfordshire – the M40, M25 and Chiltern Railway from nearby towns to Marylebone offer superb road and rail links.

A real benefit of the village is that it has two excellent schools and is in a catchment area for Grammar Schools such as John Hampden and Wycombe High school and is near one of the best private schools for girls, Wycombe Abbey. There is a highly regarded golf course, local shops and eating places in the centre of the village.
