Sham leads the Commercial Agency, Investments and Developments platform of The Frost Partnership. With almost 23 years’ in the commercial property market he has in-depth experience sourcing, structuring, advising and closing transactions in the UK totalling £500m for retained clients, Commercial Investment Funds and as a key advisor to several UK Family Offices of high net worth individuals.
Sham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Estate Management & Town Planning.
Robert Currie BSc FRICS IRRV Commercial Property Consultant
Having practised as a commercial property consultant in and around London, the Thames Valley and the Chilterns for more than 37 years, Robert has a wealth of experience in terms of surveying, specialising in professional matters such as providing formal valuations for loan, accounts and probate purposes. Robert also has extensive involvement in rent review and lease renewal work together with investment sales and acquisitions throughout the south east.
