A fresh yet familiar face in Gerrards Cross

Dan Gifford has recently joined Richard Kew’s motivated team of sales negotiators to help support the busy day to day sales progression and market appraisals. The position became available due to the high volume of business levels experienced over the last few years.

Richard Kew, Associate Director for the Gerrards Cross branch adds, “Over the past year or so, the property market has been extremely busy in the Gerrards Cross branch. It’s important to us to maintain high levels of service for our clients and exceed their expectations, which is why we have invited Dan to join our business. He is an excellent sales negotiator, with four years of working in sales locally. He is also born and bred in Chalfont St Peter and for a while was a familiar face to local residents who shopped regularly at Fishers in Gerrards Cross. He is a focused and enthusiastic addition to our team.”

Dan has joined a particularly well established team of people whose combined experience at Frosts totals 106 years! Geoff Collins, the Chilterns Group Director set up the Gerrards Cross branch in September 1991 – and this year will mark his 40th year of working with Frosts, first with A.C.Frost & Co followed by The Frost Partnership. Richard Kew has worked with The Frost Partnership for 17 years, ably supported by Maureen Green who has looked after the administration in Gerrards Cross for 12 years. Mark Squire has been a firm fixture for 13 years and Matthew Clarke has worked with Frosts for 9 years. Lest we forget, there is also the lovely Lizzy Walsh who has worked with the Gerrards Cross team for 15 years.

Richard Kew adds, “The Frost Partnership is an established name in the area, and in all our local branches you will always be speaking to someone with a familiar face. Over the years we have built up a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of the local market. Gaining our clients’ loyalty is part of who we are. It is particularly encouraging that we have the same ethos within The Frost Partnership too.”

The property market in South Bucks is maintaining its strength. With London property prices now beginning to level, there are a number of people looking to move to realise their investment gains in London and move to the country. If you are looking to place your property on the market, please speak to your local Frost Partnership branch, the details of which are on www.frostweb.co.uk or to talk to Richard Kew’s team in Gerrards Cross, please call 01753 890909.
