Homebuyers’ wish lists have changed in the last decade along with technological advances and lifestyle changes. Warmth and energy efficiency are key priorities for buyers with central heating and double-glazing filling the top slots in the top 20 “must have” features. Healthy, sustainable green living isn't a new idea, but it is increasingly becoming a top priority for homebuyers.
