The first step to finding the right property is by letting us know what you are looking for. Contact or visit your nearest Frost office or register your property search requirements online with us, we will either contact you by phone or send you email updates when properties that fit your search criteria are available.

Which areas would you consider moving to? All the areas we cover offer excellent transport links via railways and motorways ideal for commuting to London, Reading or Heathrow airport. However, they enjoy all the benefits of town and country living.

Choosing the right lettings agent to rent your property through is important. When you have found the right property we will help negotiate your offer, in terms of the contract and state any special conditions you may require – it is worth noting that until a holding deposit of one week’s rent has been received the property will not be withdrawn from the market and other offers will be considered.

Once both the tenant and the landlord (guarantors where applicable) have agreed and signed the tenancy agreement and the required funds have been transferred and cleared – the property is officially yours to move into on the date specified on the tenancy agreement.
