Spotlight on Beaconsfield – our estate agent’s view
Friday, August 11, 2017
Spotlight on Beaconsfield – our estate agent’s view: Two annual events in Beaconsfield’s calendar reflect the diversity that the town embraces and celebrates. For one day only, on May 10th each year, Beaconsfield Old Town’s genteel Georgian architecture collides in a time warp with 21st century music, laser lights and all the fun of the fair. It’s a centuries’ old tradition; just one day, but enough for some residents who look forward to the relative tranquillity of the rest of the year, time to relax and enjoy the array of cafes and restaurants offered by both Old and New Beaconsfield alike.

Commutability counts.
Monday, August 7, 2017
The weekend flashes by and just like that it’s Monday again. The average British worker spends a staggering 11 working weeks every year commuting to and from work, so it’s no surprise to find commuters looking for properties with great transport connections. Simply by moving to a new home in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire or Middlesex for example, they could cut the time and money they spend commuting with significant cost savings over central London property prices.

Beaconsfield Team Wins Gold Award
Thursday, July 27, 2017
Congratulations to our Beaconsfield team, who have won the Gold Winner award as the best estate agent in Beaconsfield in the British Property Awards 2017. The Frost name in property goes back over 100 years and we’ve been selling and letting property in Beaconsfield for much of that time. The current team in our Beaconsfield office shares 200 years local estate agency experience so brings a wealth of local property market knowledge and understanding to the business. Pictured here L-R seated Franky Viccars, Juliet Tether and (standing) John Day, Pamela Price, David Wright, Jill Langton and Roger Mead.
Summer days!
Wednesday, July 26, 2017
With July almost over, there’s still time for some simple styling to make the most of the summer. Think of your home as a holiday house, and you'll see it in a whole new light. Ocean shades, sunshine yellows and crisp white woodwork really capture the essence of summer along with beach inspired décor, stripes for a nautical look and the feeling of living in a beach house. Muted colours and serene blues make a room feel more spacious by reflecting light, whilst all over white is instantly refreshing.
